This Triceps Band Burnout uses lots of combination moves to keep your heart rate high and get your triceps burning. There are some cardio intervals along with sculpting exercises so you really get a big calorie burn in a short time. If you don’t have a band you can even do this workout with light hand weights or intensify the workout by adding hand weights along with the band! Add this 10 minute triceps blaster to your weekly routine to get strong, defined back of your arms!
