Raffensperger blast critics, declares victory in reelection bid

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger blasted his critic as he claimed victory to remain the GOP candidate in his reelection bid. Raffensperger said he trusted the majority of Georgians believing they want public officials who will serve ethically without regard to the personal cost to do so. At the time of his speech, no major news outlet had called the race.
