Repulsion Aversion

How does critically acclaimed director Martin Scorsese’s repulsion in the film Raging Bull become averted? Is justice ever really served for protagonist Jake LaMatta? Or is that not truly the point of the biographical work which LaMatta himself had a hand in production. The film became the second wind for Martin Scorsese’s down and out career that hands of the flop which was the King of Comedy. All these clips have the repulsion factor in common. Some more than others. One in particular only becomes repulsive in the context of the character LaMatta himself. A character he will no doubt die alone with no real friends other than the ones he’s scared to by his side.
